Revocation and return policy
(1) As a consumer you can cancel your contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in written form (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins on the date on which your cancellation in writing is received, but not before receipt of the goods by you or the delivery of your recipient (in the recurring supply of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the seller's obligations pursuant to Section 312C para 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 para 1, 2 a.m. to 4 p.m. BGB InfoV as well as its obligations pursuant to § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV fulfilled.

Consequences
(1) In the event of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits returned and possibly towed uses (eg interest) surrendered. Can you give the seller the received goods wholly or partly or only in a deteriorated state grant, you must provide the seller, if necessary, the value.
