General contract and buyer information

I. Basic provisions (as at 01.04.09)
The following contract terms apply to all contracts between the seller and the buyer and will be expressly recognized by the taken order. The seller has in his shop different products, the details are taken from the item description.

II Conclusion of the contract
(1) The purchased goods are stored in the basket. In the navigation bar you can click on the "basket icon" and select the "Shopping Cart" link. After clicking the button "Checkout" and after the entry of the personal data the "Next" button will bring you to page "Delivery Options" where the possible shipping methods and their cost is displayed. The "Next" button takes you to the page "payment method" where possible payment methods are displayed to choose from. The "Next" button takes you to the page "Order", where you can see once again all ordering information, your selected shipping and payment methods are displayed.
You can always make changes or cancel the order at all time.

(2) By clicking "order complete" you give a binding offer to the seller. Then a printable version of your order are available.

(3) The acceptance of your offer (and thus the contract) is done by sending a further separate email in which your order and the processing of the order is confirmed. If you don’t recieve a confirmation within 5 working days, you are no longer bound to your order. Where appropriate services are already rendered in this case you’ll be refunded immediately.

(4) The contract language is german only. The seller provides partial item descriptions and input fields in the order in english. However, this is only for assistance. The treaty text is not fully translated, so english is no contract language. The order data (text), will be saved by the seller. Moreover, these data are summarized on the screen and can be printed. You will also receive all relevant data of the order sent by email, which also can be printed.

III. Prices, Shipping & Returns
(1) The respective prices are final prices They include all price components, including any local taxes such as VAT/GST. Only foreign country deliveries may have in individual cases other taxes (eg in case of an intra-Community acquisition) and / or charges (eg customs duties) to be paid by you, but not by the seller, but then to the relevant customs and tax authorities.

(2) Shipment is made to the address specified by the buyer, the seller remains the dispatch and sort of dispatch reserved, subject to any other provision of the buyer. Partial deliveries are permitted and are considered separate shipments.

(3) The costs of delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, they will be shown during the ordering process separately and are additional costs.

Payment Conditions
(1) The final purchase price is depending on the shipping
- In advance by bank transfer,
- Cash on delivery (only in Germany, 6 EUR plus delivery fee),
- Cash payment upon pickup.
- Resellers can provide additional payment "on account" order. Any bank charges incurred will be borne by the buyer.

(2) All invoices are immediately due for payment. The commodity remains until the complete payment property by the seller.

V. delivery - and delivery conditions
(1) Delivery will be made exclusively in Germany, in the countries of the EU and in Switzerland.

(2) The product is with the exception of cash on delivery only after receipt of the full purchase price and shipping with by seller to the specified delivery address. Self-collection at seller is required. The choice of route and shipping of the remains left to the seller unless the buyer when submitting his bid as determined.

(3) Stock items are delivererd between 3 or 4 working days after receipt of payment (or cash on delivery after order confirmation).
Non stock items are delivered up to 2 weeks after after receipt of the full purchase price .In addition, the shipping of the order can take up to 6 weeks, if the goods are shipped from overseas.

All items have a maximum shipping delivery notice (e.g. 7-10 days by warning signs).

You will recieve an email about the order status.

Open: The seller is waiting for payment
Waiting: payment was recieved, but there is an open question of the seller/ buyer.
In process: payment was recieved. The order is now in process.
Delivered: the order is delivered.

Part deliveries are made with your consent.

(4) It is requested that you check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and damage in transit to review complaints and the seller and the shipper be notified soon. Your warranty claims remain unaffected.

(5) If you are consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the items sold during the shipment until the delivery of the goods to you, regardless of whether the insured or uninsured shipment is made. If you are not a consumer, delivery and dispatch to your peril.

Consequences
(1) In the event of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits returned and possibly towed uses (eg interest) surrendered.
